How to get to
Acerenza

It is not
so easy to reach by public transport, although it does have a
station on the FAL line to Gravina, in Puglia, a few kilometres
below the town itself, connected by a regular bus service to the
top. Also few buses services from the main cities of Potenza and
Matera.
By car
From
versante adriatico take the A14 until Foggia Casello autostrade,
turn to the A16 Bari-Napoli exit Candela then for SS Ofantina or
SS 658 Melfi-Potenza direction Potenza.
From
Versante Tirreno go toward Sicignano on A3 Salerno-Reggio
Calabria for Basentana toward Potenza then take SS 658 direction
Melfi.
