The
great numbers of cultural activities still going on in Sarzana
are a consequence of its long tradition as an important center,
they are suitable for any kind of tourism one can think of.
Those with
an interest in antiques shouldn't miss the Mostra Nazionale
dell'Antiquariato (National Antiquarian Exhibition)
or the so- called Soffitta nella Strada ("the Attic on the
Road"), hundreds of stands open on the roads of Sarzana, selling
antiques.
In
September a unique event takes place in the Fortezza Firmafede
called ?Festival della mente? (Mind Festival) which host
all sort of creative expressions of the mind from creative
writing to creative visual communication, acting and singing,
physiological food taste and
sense of smell,
economic creativity, political creativity, and more.
