How to get to
Urbino (Back to

By car:
North: take
the A14 Motorway Bologna-Taranto, exit at the pay toll of
Pesaro-Urbino, proceed on the SS 423 following the signs for
Urbino ( 28 kilometrs away)-
South-East
( e.g. from Ancona): take the A 14 Motorway Taranto Bologna,
exit at the Fano pay toll, proceed on the SS 3 Flaminia
following the signs for Rome. After Fossombrone ovest, detour on
the left on the SS 423 to Urbino.
South-West
(e.g. Rome, Perugia): take the SS 3 Flaminia following the signs
to Fano,. After the exits for Furlo and Calmazzo, detour on SS
423 to Urbino- West (e.g. Florence, Arezzo): take the E-45
Highway, when you reach the exit for S. Giustino, take the SS
73bis towards Urbino and Urbania.
By Plane:
The nearest
airports are those of Ancona and Rimini ?Raffaello Sanzio
airport, Ancona-Falconara
Public
Transport:
Take the
train between Bologna and Ancona, get off in Pesaro or Fano and
reach Urbino by bus.
